CULTURE ATTESTATION – SAUDI ARABIA
We are one of the registered Panel Agent of Saudi Cultural Attache, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi, India. We are processing the entire document, related to recruitment of Ministry of Higher education, other government jobs, private jobs, which required attestation from Saudi Cultural Attah.
Procedure:
1. First the scan copies of documents will be uploaded to Saudi cultural attach site.
2. Then certificate copy, dd and other documents will be send to university for verification.
3. Once the report is received then original documents will be submitted for attestation to the attach.
Required Documents:-
1. Original Certificate (After HRD) (Mode of Study should be REGULAR only)
Note : OPEN /DISTANCE /POSTAL/ONLINE/CORRESPONDENCE COURSES other than REGULAR certificate cannot be attested from Saudi Culture attaché office.
2. Passport copy
3. Mark List copy – all years or semester AND Course Completion Certificate/Provisional Certificate
4. Original Contract letter/Offer letter (Should be attested from Chamber of commerce, Saudi Arabia and Ministry of foreign affairs, Saudi Arabia. Offer letter valid -6 month from issue date)
OR
5. If already working in Saudi then bonafide letter from employer is required in which experience, date of joining, valid iqama no. , Passport number, salary etc. should be mentioned (this letter should also be attested by Chamber of commerce, KSA)
6. Color Iqama copy (Only for candidates who are already in KSA)
(Iqama should be valid)
7. PAN / Aadhar Card copy
8. Duly filled and signed Authorization letter & Candidate details (format attached)
9. Visa Copy or Visa no. & Sponsor ID
Charges : Rs. 2500/- + University Verification Fee
Duration: The time taken for verification process purely depends on the university. For attestation after receiving the report it will take one and half to two weeks.
We can also do the visa stamping for GULF countries.
